Wagering company Tabcorp sold its 11.6 per cent stake in ASX-listed online lotteries business Jumbo Interactive Ltd on Monday night.

The company had stockbroker UBS seeking new owners for the shares, in a block trade worth $98 million.
UBS launched the deal after market and told funds soon after that it was “covered”, which meant both the broker and its client Tabcorp were off risk.
