The latest research from Sydney Units Cityscope shows that apartment sales in Sydney’s CBD have decreased in total sales value in the last quarter. The last three months to October 2020 recorded 99 sales for a total of $146.2 million, compared to the 124 sales for a total of $199.4 million recorded in the quarter to July 2020, and the 132 sales at a total value of $187.6 million recorded for the quarter to April 2020.
