Sydney Royal Easter Show celebrates 125 years of produce exhibits

Sydneysiders have been marvelling at the district exhibits at the Sydney Royal Easter Show for 125 years.

They are often spectacular affairs, built by large teams featuring thousands of items of fresh produce.

The job is a complex and challenging as it was 125 years ago.
