In an indication of his precocious ability, Sydney Roosters teen Joseph Suaalii has landed a spot in New South Wales’ Emerging Blues squad despite being too young to legally make his NRL debut.
The 17-year-old is one of 29 players set to gather at the NSWRL Centre of Excellence in Sydney tomorrow and be greeted by Blues coach Brad Fittler.
