In the past week, two food delivery riders have been killed in Sydney and the Transport Workers Union (TWU) is demanding immediate legislative reform.
On September 29, Xiaojun Chen was involved in a crash with a bus in Zetland while working for Hungry Panda. He died on Wednesday.
