Two die after COVID-19 vaccine
Health authorities will conduct a review following reports two men have died after receiving a coronavirus vaccine in New South Wales.
The Federal Department of Health said it would not comment on the individual cases, but it’s reported a man, aged in his 50’s, died at a hospital in Tamworth.
The other man, reportedly in his 70’s, died in Sydney.
