Sydney FC vs Victory double-header postponed as ‘Rain Bomb’ hits

Saturdays A-League and W-League double-header between Sydney FC and Melbourne Victory at Jubilee Oval in Sydneys south-east has been postponed because of rain.
Its the latest sport to be forced to postpone its event as the rain-bomb hitting the NSW coastline shows no signs of relenting.
Unfortunately the field has been unable to drain the amount of rain that has fallen at the venue, APL commissioner Greg ORourke said on Saturday afternoon.
