Sydney declared most affordable major east coast city for liveability – The Australian Financial Review
Find out the most affordable and liveable suburbs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart according to a new study from PRD Real Estate.
Parts of Hobart have now overtaken Brisbane in median property prices, some with lower rental yield.
Brisbane continues to be the capital city that provides house buyers and investors with most bang for buck for both property types.
The liveability criteria taken into account by PRD includes investment potential, low crime rates, public transport links, healthcare services, shopping centres, parks and the suburbs must be within 20km of the CBD.
