Officials are taking extra precautions after seeing the first driver ruled out of a Formula One grand prix over a positive COVID-19 test.

Sergio Perez has become the first Formula 1 driver to be ruled out of a race because of a positive coronavirus test.
Perez tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday and will now miss Sundays British Grand Prix after being placed into quarantine.
