1 INTRODUCTION
A variety of skin lesions are being reported in children during the outbreak of COVID19 pandemic. Whereas for some of them, such as chilblains (COVID toes) and erythema multiforme, a link with SARSCoV2 is strongly suggested,1, 2 for others the association is weak. We report a not previously recognized manifestation of COVID19 in a young infant, in whom immunohistochemistry (IHC) for SARSCoV2 was positive in the endothelia of dermal blood vessels.
