Suspect allegedly tried to hide underwater after a man was shot dead in a Logan park

A suspect tried to hide underwater amid reeds after allegedly shooting another man dead in a park south of Brisbane, police have said.

A 35-year-old man was found with a critical gunshot wound when police responded to reports of gunfire at Hugh Muntz Park in Logan about 10.40pm on Tuesday.
