Supervillain Sequel ‘The Suicide Squad’ Has Dropped its Lively and OTT First Trailer – Concrete Playground
Already in 2021, fans of the DC Extended Universe — the interconnected franchise that started with Man of Steel, and also includes Wonder Woman and its sequel, Aquaman and Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) — have sat down to watch an extended new version of Justice League like it’s still 2017. Next on the series’ viewing list: The Suicide Squad, the confusingly named sequel to 2016’s Suicide Squad (because no one has challenged themselves thinking of the upcoming flick’s title).
