A supermarket chain has issued an apology after a woman was not able to buy sanitary pads from one of their stores.
The Tesco store in Wales had blocked off an aisle, appearing to deem sanitary products a non-essential item during the coronavirus lockdown.
During the lockdown, shoppers are only allowed to buy essential items in an aim to prevent people from lingering inside by the Welsh Government.
The woman, named Katie, took to Twitter to voice her dismay over her supermarket experience.
