Sunshine Coast mother charged with indecent treatment of her one-year-old son

A woman on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast has been charged with indecent treatment of a child, accused of acts against her own one-year-old son.

The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faced the Maroochydore Magistrates Court today charged with one count of indecent treatment of a child under 16 and of lineal descent.

The woman is accused of conducting indecent acts on her toddler, who is now in the care of his father.

During the court hearing, the woman sought information about when she would next be able to see her children, including her 12-year-old daughter.
