More people in their late teens and early 20s are testing positive for the deadly virus

Sunderland has seen a rise in coronavirus cases with 40 new cases in the last two weeks – and an increase in the number of younger people testing positive for the virus.
As well as a rise in Covid-19 cases, Sunderland City Council said that more people in their late teens and early 20s are testing positive.
The council has since renewed its plea for those who have symptoms of Covid to self-isolate immediately and get tested.
