A court filing shines a spotlight on allegedly high-risk practices – and also on Lex Greensill’s alleged relationship with Sanjeev Gupta’s empire.
Instead, they allege Greensill put more pressure on them, including last month asking the company to make a payment directly to Greensills funder Credit Suisse the first time, Bluestones owners said, that they discovered who their ultimate creditor actually was.
Bluestones filing also makes claims which underscore the breadth of Greensills relationship with Mr Gupta which allegedly goes beyond the already established degree of heavy mutual financial exposure between Greensill and Mr Guptas GFG Alliance.
