Racing NSW chief steward Marc Van Gestel has explained there were three main points that led their case against jockey Hugh Bowman for his ride aboard Farnan at Rosehill.At a reconvened inquiry on Thursday, the stewards found Bowman guilty under Australian Rule of Racing 129(2) – his first ‘handling’ charge in a career spanning two decades.
