States to make own COVID-19 support deals, as National Cabinet ‘notes’ Victorian agreement

States and territories will continue to reach individual deals with the Commonwealth on support for businesses and workers in COVID-19 lockdowns, with National Cabinet yet to commit to a new national plan.
