State’s back to getting out and about, except for those in southeast

The people of Brisbane and the Gold Coast stubbornly refuse to go back to the office … or anywhere for that matter.

According to the latest Google mobility data there is a clear divide between the south east and the rest of the state when it comes to shrugging off the concerns of the pandemic.
Many of the regional cities are almost back to normal. The one key stand-out is the reluctance by almost every town and city to use public transport.
