Star Brisbane architect pays $13m for Gold Coast beachfront site

STAR Brisbane architect Joe Adsett has emerged as the mystery buyer of a prime development site on the Gold Coast for more than $13 million, with plans to build a luxurious apartment tower.
Queensland developer Sunland Group, developer of Q1 and the Versace hotel, has sold 154-156 Marine Parade, Rainbow Bay, at the southern tip of the state.
