Masks will be made mandatory in all settings across Victoria as the state enters a snap five-day lockdown in an effort to contain the latest coronavirus outbreak.
Victoria recorded five new COVID-19 cases on Friday, all of which are connected to the Holiday Inn outbreak, which now numbers 13.
The state government held briefings and meetings on Friday morning before Premier Daniel Andrews outlined the changes in a press conference.
