Just when Jose Mourinho looked to be heading down into a deep vortex which will in all likelihood end with his sacking, he may have found someone who can help buy him time at Tottenham. 
Mourinhos modus operandi is fairly simple. His tenures go something like: Win games early in a honeymoon period, blame officials, alienate key players, lose games, blame more people for more losses, claim hes still the best despite more losses, until its inevitable the club has to sack him.
