Cricket great and prolific property flipper Shane Warne has sold his lavish Brighton home after an earlier attempt to offload it was stalled by the pandemic.
Cricket great and prolific property flipper Shane Warne has sold his lavish Brighton home just in time for Christmas.
The glamorous five-bedroom home, complete with a pool and nightclub-style bar, was passed in at auction on December 5, after three bidders failed to reach the reserve price of $5.8 million.
The home in Newbay Crescent was listed for the second time this year, in November, with a price guide of $5.8 million to $6.38 million.
