Sparks fly over controversial twin towers project

A stoush has broken out over a twin apartment tower project – four times the height limit for its street – whose developers offered to turn an acre into parkland if council let them break the code.
The public consultation period is yet to open for the project on Montague Street in West End, but the Brisbane City Council…
