Space news: NASA monitors 2001 FO32 asteroid tracking towards Earth – 7NEWS.com.au
The asteroid has been described as ‘potentially dangerous’ by NASA.

An asteroid the size of Californias famous Golden Gate Bridge is hurtling towards Earth and will make a close pass next month.
The space rock, officially called 231937 (2001 FO32), will come within 2 million kilometres of us.
Though that may seem like a wide distance – and theres no threat of impact – its enough to be classified by NASA as potentially hazardous.
An asteroid is determined as potentially hazardous when its orbit intersects with Earths at a distance of no more than 7.5 million kilometres…
