Australia’s tallest building of 101 storeys and standing 365 metres high may soon become a reality as Melbourne-based developer, Beulah International Ltd, lodges its plans for their 6,191 sqm site at 118 City Road, Southbank. The developer paid $101,008,888 in late 2017 for the property, currently occupied by BMW Melbourne.

To be a vertical village, a five-star ‘urban resort’, the development will comprise of two twisting towers, achieved through a twisting geometric glass façade…
