South East Queensland braces for more storms after weekend battering as parts of NSW face fire danger
Parts of Queensland can finally expect some relief as sunshine returns to the southeast after a weekend of vicious thunderstorms.
The wild weather had rescue crews scrambling to respond to more than 130 emergency callouts on Sunday as heavy rain, winds and hail pummelled towns across the region.
