An argument in the female jockeys room led to two jockeys leaving Gawler with misconduct sanctions for using abusive language towards each other on Saturday.
Stewards launched an inquiry into an incident between riders Caitlin Jones and Anna Jordsjo after the running of the G & J Civil Handicap (1200m).
The stewards’ investigation revealed things were far from civil between the pair during a heated discussion after the running of the race a few minutes earlier.
