Surviving prostate cancer has spurred a Sorrento father to step up fundraising efforts this September.
John Williams, who was diagnosed with the disease two years ago aged 44, is taking part in The Long Run to raise awareness by running 72km throughout the month.
I will be doing this for me, my family, friends, and to raise awareness of prostate cancer, particularly for the younger blokes that think this may never happen to them, he said.
