Some PS5 Owners Are Playing the PS4 Version of Call of Duty by Mistake – PCMag AU

If you’re a PS5 owner currently enjoying Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, take a moment and check you are actually playing the PS5 version of the game. It seems someone screwed up and you may be playing the PS4 version instead.
As Eurogamer reports, the problem isn’t the fault of gamers, it’s to do with how Activision decided to release the game for Sony’s new console. When purchasing the Cross-Gen bundle or Ultimate Edition of the game, you get both the PS4 and PS5 versions….
