A home with a rare full size tennis court has been snapped up for millions just two hours after being listed for sale.
The property at 22A Bayview Tce, Clayfield sold for $2,442,500 by Elever Property Group director Jason Bond.
Mr Bond said he was not surprised how long it took to sell the five-bedroom, three-bathroom property set on a 1326 sqm block.
