Socialite v builder over alleged defects in $6m trophy home
The stoush between Louise Morton, 49, and builder Thallon Mole (Thallon) over alleged building defects at her extravagant architect designed Holland Park trophy home has expanded with Mrs Morton now filing a cross-claim seeking $327,308 from Thallon alleging that she had overpaid them.
Ms Morton, who is married to oncologist Anthony James Morton, alleges in her counterclaim that she had paid Thallon $4.37m by April 10, 2019 when she claims she terminated the building…
