Snow in Woolloongabba | Kangaroo Point and Districts Historical Society

JUST HAD TO share this article from the Kangaroo Point & Districts Historical Society. Over the years when people have asked me if it has ever snowed in Brisbane and I have said yes, many have argued that it simply isn’t true. Indeed snow has been recorded in Brisbane on a few occasions since European settlement, and I do believe I have one photo from ca.1927 (but that could also just be wishful thinking).
