Small plane crashes into San Diego neighbourhood, setting homes and vehicles on fire

A small plane has crashed into a neighbourhood  in San Diego, California due to foggy weather, setting about 15 homes on fire as well as vehicles, authorities say.

Authorities said the incident occurred early on Thursday,  local time, forcing evacuations along several blocks.
