Multimillion-dollar profits are rising off a small slice of QLD where waterfront property is so hot post-covid the latest $10m sellers got double what they paid three years ago.
The riverfront five bedroom home at 43 Mossman Court, Noosa Heads, fetched a whopping $10m sale price for its owner, who had picked it up for $5.1m just three years ago – a tidy gain of $4.9m.
