Sixers axe Brett Brown after horror playoff exit. And that’s just the start – Fox Sports
The Philadelphia 76ers have taken the first step in a planned “upheaval”, firing Brett Brown as head coach after seven seasons in charge.

The decision follows a first-round exit from this years playoffs against the Boston Celtics, the Sixers swept in a grim reminder of how much work lays ahead.
ESPNs Adrian Wojnarowski first reported the firing, and added: Browns dismissal is expected to be a precursor for more upheaval with the 76ers.
