Six people died on Queensland roads over the Easter long weekend and 135 people were left injured from crashes. 4,742 fines were handed out, with 2,409 drivers caught speeding.
A total of 219 drug drivers and
228 drink drivers were detected.Police say they are disappointed and will continue to target poor driver behaviours for the rest of the school holidays.
