NSW Health has said new advice regarding the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine in people under 50 will cause significant challenges for the Australian rollout.
The ministry stopped delivering first doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to eligible people aged under 50 following advice issued by vaccine advisory group ATAGI on Thursday night that they should be given the Pfizer vaccine.
More people will need to receive the Pfizer vaccine following advice from vaccine advisory group ATAGI.Credit:Edwina Pickles
