A vaccine expert says two aged care residents are unlikely to experience any adverse effects from being administered a too much of the coronavirus vaccine.

The adverse effects dont track linearly with a higher doses, but we may expect those effects to perhaps be exacerbated in a higher dose, things like swelling and tenderness at the injection site, he said.
The main risk I think here is in the perception of risk and confidence in the vaccine, but theres been a great deal of transparency here and Im sure were going to learn from this moving forward.
