Questions are again being raised about whether vitamin D could be key in the fight against coronavirus.
The inexpensive food supplement, which is readily available in shops, has once again hit headlines this week, as studies suggest the vitamin could be key in preventing – or minimising the effects – of coronavirus.
One particular study from Spain suggested that a large number of people who had coronavirus had a vitamin D deficiency.
