The town of Rainbow has no cases of COVID-19 but like the rest of regional Victoria, it is subject to stage 3 restrictions including staying at home, wearing a face mask in public and takeaway only from cafes and restaurants.

More than 400 kilometres north-west of Melbourne is the delightfully named farming town of Rainbow, where most of the 693 residents know each other.
