✅ A guest Code of Conduct
✅ Properties to be managed by a contact person who can respond to complaints
✅ Use of the premises must not detrimentally affect residential amenity including noise.
✅ Exemptions are proposed for certain sites as visitor only – these are identified in Noosa Plan 2020
