‘She will be missed forever’: Sam Armytage pays tribute to her mother – Sydney Morning Herald
“She had fought bravely for a long time and suffered a lot, but finally her big-loving heart just couldn’t do it anymore,” the Sunrise host said.

“She was wonderful; kind, loving, loyal, wildly wicked, funny and formidable.
“This is her ‘happy place’, her rose garden, where we remember her.
“She will be missed forever, but shes at peace now.. forever an angel.
“RIP Libby Armytage 13/11/51-3/11/20.”
In August, Ms Armytage said her mother had been “gravely ill” with an autoimmune disease, which resulted in heart failure. Her mother was in hospital but gradually stabilised.
