Shane Warne has axed Travis Head from his Australian XI for the third Test, despite naming the left-hander a potential future captain of the country.
Warne, like many, has been left frustrated with Head’s summer so far, with the 26-year-old notching scores of 7, 38 and 17 through the first two Tests against India.
However, what has angered Warne in particular is the mode of dismissals which seem to have become recurring for Head.
