Kerry Stokes’ television and publishing company Seven West Media has struck a deal to acquire its regional affiliate Prime.
While we were very interested in buying Prime, it would have sadly resulted in the forced sale of the Wagga Daily Advertiser and the Bendigo Advertisers because of archaic media laws, Mr Catalano said.
