SEVEN meals a day and a 3am wake-up: Sharks star reveals crazy ‘force-feed’ diet – Fox Sports
Cronulla Sharks hooker Blayke Brailey is going to extreme lengths to bulk up before the season starts.

Unlike his teammate Andrew Fifita, who has slimmed down on a juice diet, Brailey is on a diet specially made for him that requires the 22-year-old to eat seven meals a day even if that means waking up in the middle of the night to fit them all in.
Brailey, who weighed 80 kilos last season has put on a few kilos thanks to the intense diet. The clubs new head of performance, Nathan Pickworth, has also upped his strength work, which the nifty No.9 says is paying off.
