Seqwater wins appeal into 2011 Brisbane flood, victims now high and dry

Queensland dam manager Seqwater has won its appeal against the 2019 decision that had found it partly responsible for the 2011 Brisbane flood.

The appeal decision was handed down in New South Wales Supreme Court on Wednesday morning.
