The 28-year-old shared a photo of her scar as she posed in a swimsuit.
In 2017, Selena Gomezs life was transformed when a dear friend agreed to donate her a kidney.
But while shes fully recovered from the surgery, until now shes been reluctant to show off her scar publicly.
That all changed on Thursday, in an Instagram post she shared while promoting a new bathing suit.
When I got my kidney transplant, I remember it being very difficult at first showing my scar, she wrote in the post caption.
I didnt want it to be in photos, so I wore things that would cover it…
