Victoria’s Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton has urged Melbourne residents against complacency as the city’s hotspot coronavirus suburbs continue to cause concern.
Victoria’s second-wave virus numbers remained below 100 for a third consecutive day Wednesday, with 90 new infections and six deaths.
