Sea World rescuers attempting to free whale entangled in fishing equipment off Gold Coast
Sea World is working to free a humpback whale from fishing equipment on the Gold Coast.
Rescue crews intercepted the whale off Broadbeach just before 10:30am.
The whale is thought to have become entangled in what is thought to be a crab pot in New South Wales.
